FULL BAR PACKAGE
$1,250 for a 5 hour event
$1,000 for 5 hour Friday and Sunday events
$100.00 an hour for every hour after the 5 hours.
Included:
(Alcohol is not included)
• 5 hours with Floyd (horse trailer) parked at your venue
• 2 Licensed and Insured Bartenders to accommodate up to 150 guests.
Additional bartenders may be needed for larger guest count.
• Your choice of 2 Signature cocktails mixers and garnishes for your specific drinks.
• Bar Stock: Ice, napkins, straws, and tools for the bartenders.
• Cups: Clear plastic disposable cups for the variety of drinks.
• Refillable self-serve water station or water service/bottles if preferred for sanitary reasons.
• A Menu of your cocktail selection.
• Set up and take down hours included. (Approx. 2 hours before start time and 1 hour after event.)
• Liquor liability insurance and general liability insurance that we are able to provide your venue.

BASIC MIXER PACKAGE
$2.00 per person includes
-Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Tonic, Soda, Cranberry Juice, Lemons and Limes.
This will also cover guests drinking non alcohol beverages.
Each event is unique. We also offer pricing for a variety of parties such as beer
and wine only or for rent for your own caterers.

Louisiana liquor law states that the host must purchase and supply the alcohol
for their guests separately for private events.
Great news though! This gives you the option to pick out your favorite brands and
keep any leftover alcohol after the event! We will supply you with a recommended shopping
list of the amount of alcohol to purchase.
If you don't choose a delivery service, we can pick it up from you, store it,
and chill it so it’s ready to be served.

• 50% deposit required to reserve your date. Payment paid in full 30 days prior to the event.
A payment plan can be arranged if you are booking months in advance.
• If you book quickly within 30 days of your event, then your payment
needs to be paid in full to reserve your date.
An electrical outlet is needed to run the bar. If no outlet is available,
a generator will need to be rented.
